Marijuana Melons

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (AP) -- Indiana State Police troopers found 133 pounds of marijuana hidden among honeydew melons in the back of a truck during a routine inspection at truck scales along Interstate 70 near Terre Haute.
Police say the refrigerated semi was hauling a load of melons from Arizona to New York when it stopped at the scales Wednesday afternoon. Inspectors became suspicious about two men inside the truck cab and called in a drug-sniffing dog. The dog led troopers to a small amount of marijuana in the cab and six bales wrapped in plastic and hidden among the boxes of produce.
Troopers also confiscated $4,000 in cash.
Both men were taken to the Vigo County Jail on marijuana dealing charges.

Am I the only one who thinks these guys should have hidden the marijuana INSIDE the melons? That would have been a genius plot. And it would also make for some very gross melons. That's what she said.
