I'm pale because I'm Dutch

Dear Holland,

All my life I've been pale. Even during the summer, when I think I've made progress, someone compares arms with me and I realize I have a long way to go.

I'm wondering if you could do something about the pigment in my skin. I realize you think I should match my ancestors, but I gotta tell you, I think that's a bunch of crap.
