Scanner Traffic: We're calling this a misdemeanor domestic battery. The female 21 (translation: woman) says her boyfriend held a knife to her throat and told her he was going to kill her.
Nothing about that says "misdemeanor" to me. Alas, I am not the law. If I were the law, I would throw large fines at people who disagree with me. Case in point for why I am not the law.
