FORT WAYNE Ind. (LF) -- A new study by the LinzFactory & C. Ropp Foundation shows the recipe for the perfect Saturday is staying in bed as long as possible, watching television, and eating pizza eggs. The study shows if two people stay in bed until at least noon they have a better outlook on the day. The time spent in a vertical position increases blood flow to the brain allowing a person to see the positive side of life.
Watching television is a key part of the study, according to the scientists. The study concluded that shows such as "Flip this House" are best for ultimate relaxation.
Finally, the study suggests eating pizza eggs. Pizza eggs are made of left-over pizza chopped up and mixed in with scrambled eggs. The initial response to this dish is almost always doubtful, but the scientists say the dish is delicious and perfect for a Saturday morning meal.
